What we do with your information
Last updated 19 August 2026
Short version: if you send an enquiry, it goes to the licensed contractor who would do the work. Nobody else. There is no mailing list, nothing is sold, and you can ask for it back or ask for it deleted at any time.
Who is collecting it
Dryside is published by Metabundle. Enquiries submitted here are collected by Metabundle and passed to S&S Remedial Services Pty Ltd, the QBCC-licensed contractor (15438819) who would attend your property.
Those are two different businesses. Metabundle builds and runs this website and its tools. S&S Remedial carries out the building work. This page is about what each of them receives.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form or send us:
- Your name
- Your mobile number and email address, if you give them
- Your suburb
- Whatever you write in the message box
- Photographs you attach of the area that is leaking, which will usually be part of your home or building
- Your answers to the leak diagnostic, if you came through it — these travel with the enquiry so you do not have to explain it twice
Photographs are resized in your browser before they are sent, and that process strips the metadata phones attach to images — including the GPS coordinates of where the photo was taken. We do not receive your location from a photograph.
The diagnostic and the cost estimator collect nothing
Both run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere, not stored, and not seen by us unless you choose to attach them to an enquiry at the end. There is no email wall on either tool for exactly this reason.
Who receives it, and why
Your enquiry is emailed to S&S Remedial Services Pty Ltd so they can contact you and, if you want them to, quote the work. That disclosure is the entire point of sending the form — there is no way to make the enquiry useful without it, which is why it is stated beside the submit button rather than buried here.
Beyond that, nothing is disclosed. Your details are not sold, not traded, not shared with other contractors, and not used to build an advertising audience.
How long it is kept
Enquiries live in an email inbox and in the contractor's job records. Where a job goes ahead, those records are kept for as long as the law requires a licensed contractor to keep them, which can be several years. Where nothing comes of an enquiry, ask and it will be deleted.
Getting a copy, correcting it, or having it deleted
Email Joshua@metabundle.ai and say what you want. You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.
If you are not happy with the answer, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and there is no advertising or tracking pixel on it. If website analytics are running, they are configured to measure pages rather than people, and they are not used to identify you.
Security, stated honestly
Enquiries travel over an encrypted connection and are delivered by email. Email is not a secure medium end to end, so please do not send anything through this site that you would not put in an ordinary email — bank details, identity documents, or anything similar. We will never ask you for those.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. See also our terms of use.
